| dc.description.abstract | Las enfermedades cerebro vasculares, junto con todas aquellas que impliquen una alteración a nivel cerebral que conlleven a adquirir una hemiplejia abarcan una gran demanda en el servicio de fisioterapia. Así mismo las técnicas empleadas para su manejo han sido muy estudiadas y validadas por cientos de expertos, pero cuando existen otras técnicas coadyuvantes en este tipo de tratamientos y que se salen del contexto netamente hospitalario como es el caso de la hipoterapia, son pocos los estudios existentes en Colombia y los hallazgos bibliográficos que existen sobre la misma, es por ello que se hace necesario dar a conocer este tipo de técnicas empleadas especialmente en pacientes con hemiplejia. La guía propuesta en esta investigación posee los parámetros necesarios para intervenir a un paciente con hemiplejia a través de la hipoterapia, este planteamiento de tratamiento permite dar a conocer a los fisioterapeutas el manejo adecuado de este tipo de población en un ámbito de campo abierto, en donde los beneficios terapéuticos son observados especialmente en las discapacidades físicas, principalmente en las áreas de postura, equilibrio, fuerza, coordinación y propiocepción, obteniendo logros en metas físicas, psicológicas, sociales, de comportamiento y comunicación; a si como otra alternativa de tratamiento la cual podrá generar un aporte científico a nivel metodológico en pro del mejoramiento del ejercicio profesional. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Cerebrovascular diseases, along with all those that involve an alteration in the brain that lead to acquiring a stroke include a high demand in the physiotherapy service. Likewise, the techniques used for their management have been studied and validated by hundreds of experts, but there are other technical aids in this type of treatment and that hospital out of context as it is purely for hippotherapy, few studies in Colombia and bibliographic findings exist about the same, which is why it is necessary to introduce this type of techniques used particularly in patients with hemiplegia. The guidance proposed in this research has involved the parameters needed for a patient with hemiplegia through hippotherapy, this approach allows treatment to inform physiotherapists proper management of this population in an area of open country, where therapeutic benefits are observed especially in physical disabilities, primarily in the areas of posture, balance, strength, coordination and proprioception, getting goals achievements in physical, psychological, social, behavioral and communication, whether as another alternative treatment which can generate a scientific contribution on methodology for the improvement of professional practice.
