| dc.description.abstract | Dada la alta incidencia de dolor lumbar en fisioterapeutas es importante determinar los hábitos y la higiene postural que tienen los profesionales que actualmente se encuentran en ejercicio. El presente estudio es de tipo descriptivo transversal. En el cual se utilizaron dos instrumentos: Una encuesta autodiligenciada que determinó las actitudes de higiene postural de los participantes del estudio, y una observación anónima al fisioterapeuta, con relación a su postura estableciendo si aplica o no la higiene postural en sus actividades durante la intervención con el paciente. Se realizó en una población de 30 fisioterapeutas que actualmente laboran en una clínica privada de Bogotá, 29 mujeres y 1 hombre, con edades comprendidas entre 23 y 50 años. Los resultados arrojados establecieron la correlación entre las variables de actitud y práctica en la población estudio. Después de desarrollado el procedimiento se logró cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, fue posible determinar que existe discrepancia entre las actitudes y la higiene postural de los fisioterapeutas; se observaron alteraciones importantes respecto a la asunción de posturas inadecuadas en posición bípeda, sedente y respecto al manejo de cargas. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Given the high incidence of lumbar pain in physiotherapists, it is important to determine the habits and the postural hygiene that professionals have at the moment in which they exercise. The present study is a traverse descriptive type. In which two instruments were used: A self made survey that determined the attitudes of the participants' in the postural hygiene study, and an anonymous observation to the physiotherapist, in relationship to their posture, settling down if it applies or not the postural hygiene in their activities during the intervention with the patient. It was carried out in a population of 30 physiotherapists working at the moment in a private clinic of Bogotá, 29 women and 1 man, with ages between 23 and 50 years. The results established the correlation between the variables of attitude and practice in the population study. After having developed the procedure it was possible to fulfil the objectives of the investigation, it was also possible to determine the discrepancy that exists between the attitudes and the postural hygiene of the physiotherapists; furthermore important alterations were observed regarding the assumption of inadequate postures in biped position, sitting and regarding the handling of loads. | spa |
